Friendly helpful staff. Also takes awhile to check out what they sell. More variety than the normal supermarket. Though you do need to know your prices to shop there.

Ordering online and click and collect is very painful. It’s time they fixed their website issues and had click and collects ready at the time you choose to collect.Some staff are very helpful.

Still a good place to shop but a lot of items missing from the shelves. It will be perfect if you would find a way to check the stock online before you drive there. A bit annoyed that i have been four times for some catering size Nutella with no luck.

This cash and carry has definitely gone downhill over the years. Always out of stock of products. Can never find staff to help, rarely more than one checkout open. If you can, go to the canningvale store, you'll thank me

Has ok prices on a few items, such as meat. The rest of the items are average price at best. Staff have serious service issues, online ordering is terrible,.difficult to navigate and lacks pictures so you can see what you are buying. Deliveries are often wrong and require days of following up to rectify.

Today i have brought bgas of strong bakers flour of malindra for my shop and shockingly when i have opened a bag i found tons of insects in it seriuosly not happy with this it can affect my business reputation as well as health of my customers so badly

Great range of products and staff always helpful. Was able to get some lines I haven't been able to get anywhere. Easy parking and good location in Balcatta

Very bad experience at Cash & Carry. I have been going there regularly & never had such a rude & bad experience. On Thursday I shopped there & was over charged for items in carton rather then a single box, I understand as the staff was new & was trying his best, I was asked to go to another counter for the refund & the lady ( Alison) did what she had to do but did not check if there was any other items overcharged & I had to find out that the same thing again & informed her so she reluctantly checked & did the credit & asked me to go back to the que & wait for my refund & all I said was Do I need to stand in the que again?" & her response was " If you want the credit then you have to stand in the que as she cannot do the credit then" She was extremely Rude & said that she has been there for 25 years & has never seen me before

Good layout, heaps of parking, quick throughput at the register.

This afternoon I went down to buy a product that i previously bought on my membership. I asked for help so they could look up my membership and which exact product it was. However the customer service experience was terrible.
